Because all items are handmade:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns are not accepted

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for sizing issues on clothing items, and only if approved at my discretion.

To request a size exchange:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon

Non-clothing items, handmade goods, and custom orders are not eligible for exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement or resolution will be offered at my discretion.
